Construction Disbursal involves the complete management of the Owner and Lender financial obligations to each other and the General Contractor involved in the building project.
- Up to date Title Insurance coverage for the Lender
- Decreased risk of mechanic’s liens due to the management of payments to contractors, sub-contractors and materialmen.
- Complete History of Payments and documentation of Lien Waivers for use in negotiations and proof of payment in accordance with contract documents.
We currently have two options available for Residential properties:
Option A: $200 set and $75 per draw.

Fees are charged cumulatively on an ongoing basis with each contractor, owner or developer, provided, however, that no lien notices are filed against the contractor or any subcontractor or material men employed on jobs under construction disbursal by Tri-Lakes.
